The following terms and conditions apply in relation to your use and application of the FlixFox app and all related services. By downloading the FlixFox APK, or by visiting our app store to download content from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the app.

Download the free FlixFox app as part of your subscription and you can instantly watch movies, TV shows, live TV channels, sports and more on any of your devices. The program is free and may be used by anyone in a personal, non-commercial manner. You may not use the app in any manner that is illegal or otherwise violates municipal, provincial and/or federal law.

All content in FlixFox app is freely available on the internet. We don’t own any content. Subject to these terms, when you use FlixFox, you are given a limited, non-exclusive license to access and stream content in the app for personal, non-commercial viewing. Any dissemination, redistribution or copying is strictly prohibited.

There is indeed a FlixFox app in the form of an APK file that you won’t find on Google Play. You must download and install the app from reputable sources. For downloading the app, you accept that your takeo risk using any third-party application and it`s sold "as is" - on this behalf we do not assume liability.

If you register an account or use certain FlixFox services that require login credentials, then you must keep your account information and password confidential. You will be responsible for such unauthorized use.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction of any conflict resulting from the use of the FlixFox app.
